DDA-Housing Scheme - 2010
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the city’s largest land owning and development agency, was expected to launch a new housing scheme by the middle of this year. The authority, however, now plans to announce the scheme only after the Commonwealth Games get over. Here’s why — DDA plans to offer about 10,000 flats, which are nearing completion, in its next housing scheme.
Out of these, 5,000 flats in Vasant Kunj and Jasola will be used to accommodate tourists arriving in the city for the Games.

If you want more jobs and money to each hands
In INDIA money is not equality distributed. Yes there are many billionaires in India whose wealth is increasing day by day but there is also a bitter truth that yet more than 65% of population is below poverty line (BPL).
Every year in India we require 10000000(1 crore) jobs. Most of the jobs for youth are provided by international MNC (Software firms, Manufacturing Companies, Telecom Vendor, Medicine etc). Rest jobs are from Indian companies and Government Jobs.
Don’t you think why jobs are not increasing as compare to population?
What happened if all international companies withdrawn from India.
Now a day’s most of the work is done by machine. In manufacturing, construction, production, fields machines are using for most of the works. Thus money goes to machine holder.
More use of machine brings more unemployment. If government make some rule that only upto 30-40 % work for any process can onlydone only by machine, rest 60-70% work should be by manpower.
It will produce more jobs and distribution of money to more hands.
Now your weakness (population) is your strength (manpower) then you(India) are the KING.

wish bihar to be at the top(initiative for flood disaster since 1978)
See whether in government services or in private sector you can find all them at very good position. Most of I.A.S is from Bihar.
Bihar is the state of minerals. You can find 90% of mineral find in India only at Bihar.
People of Bihar are very cooperative. I always found that they help their friends & relatives in getting jobs as well as in establishment.
But I feel very sad when I came to know:-
1- 75 % student prefers studying outside Bihar. Why most sharp brain has to take help of other.
2- 60% population wants their children to settle outside bihar because of job and better environment. Why we don’t find job and environment.
3- From 1978 bihar is facing FLOOD disaster. Why no one came out and take initiative.
(Bihar is India’s most flood-prone State, with 76 percent of the population, in the north Bihar living under the recurring threat of flood devastation. About 68800 sq Km out of total geographical area of 94160 sq Km comprising 73.06 percent is flood affected. The plains of Bihar, adjoining Nepal, are drained by a number of rivers that have their catchments in the steep and geologically nascent Himalayas. Kosi, Gandak,Burhi Gandak, Bagmati, Kamla Balan, Mahananda and Adhwara Group of rivers originates in Nepal, carry high discharge and very high sediment load and drops it down in the plains of Bihar. About 65% of catchments area of these rivers falls in Nepal/Tibet and only 35% of catchments area lies in Bihar. A review by Kale (1997) indicated that the plains of north Bihar have recorded the highest number of floods during the last 30years. In the years 1978, 1987, 1998, 2004 and 2007 Bihar witnessed high magnitudes of flood. The total area affected by floods has also increased during these years. Flood of 2004 demonstrates the severity of flood problem when a vast area of 23490 Sq Km was badly affected by the floods of Bagmati, Kamla & Adhwara groups of rivers causing loss of about 800 human lives, even when Ganga, the master drain was flowing low.)

what you can do to save earth
Walk, bike, carpool or take public transport once a week. You will save 1.5 kg of carbon dioxide for every 5 km you don't drive.
Sunlight can be used in many ways to save energy. Use a solar water heater instead of an electric geyser. A 100 litre solar water heater can save around 1500 units of electricity every year
Bad driving habits could be costing you at the fuel pump. Keeping your tyres inflated properly can improve the fuel efficiency of your car. Every litre of petrol saved keeps 2.5 kg of CO2 out of the atmosphere.
Simply turning off your television, stereo, computer, fans, lights when you are not using them will save you thousands of kilograms of carbon dioxide a year.
